  : This was the worst stay ever. Booked six nights. Tried to check out same day as arrival but couldnt find anything on such short notice. Carpet was filthy, furniture was just as dirty and very worn, bugs were on the floor as well as black mold in kitch
  : Everything was horrible. Staff was even bad. This was the dirtiest place I have ever seen. Checked out the very next day only to be over charged by $200. This place is a absolute joke. Should not be rented out to anyone. Ruined our honeymoon.

  : it is not good to stay there , because it is noise and towel is not clean ,
  : they charge you high cleaning fee. why you pay for cleaning fee when you have to clean before you left, one of the towel is duty too, microware is old.

  : The location was good. The beach was 5 minute walk and nice. The bed was comfortable.
  : The unit was inferior to our usual timeshare trade units and almost twice as expensive. We shouldnt have been asked to empty trash and do laundry considering we paid a $200 cleaning fee which I hope goes to the maid as this is the only time I didnt leave a tip due to the cleaning fee. The chair was uncomfortable leaving only the sofa so no one could recline. Walls needed repair in a number of places. Bedroom furniture was lower quality than we are used to in timeshare units. There was a roach in the bathroom and in the clean pool towels. Roaches are a big turn off to guests. A bottle of Home Defense was under the kitchen sink. It needs to be sprayed regularly but its not the guests job.

  : The price of our stay. Holley In reception was wonderful and very helpful. I feel we were over charged for the facility that you provided for us, I do realize it is Christmas time but after we got there we truly felt taken advantage of when we spoke to others that rented around us. The garburator plugged so we were afraid to continue to run the dishwasher. The dishwasher needs repair, the spring on the door is broken and needs to be fixed.
