  : The price seemed ok but once I got there I realized that the structure was wearing down my entrance door and it's frame were damaged and out of square to the point I couldn't get in without having the house cleaning lady open it fir me , a man showed up at around 1130 pm and went to the room directly above me and started pulling pipe and hammering , a plumber / carpenter , I didn't sleep at all after he arrived and left at 530 am , Upset but just checked out and left . It's more of a monthly rate type hotel I learned after seeing the people hanging around , no ice no food , they wrote in the welcome message that covid was the reason they had shut all beverage and food completely off , I worked in construction when I was younger and believe I could of repaired the door frame in about 2 hours tops , having an entry way that isn't reliable seems very unprofessional as far as the management owner operater .

  : First room gotten into had no mini fridge for my medicine Called front desk and they said they'd get back to us. Waited 40 min. Then I went down to the office for room change, then new room has a fridge but didn't worked, plugged in but temperature dial was missing. So I went looking for a ice machine? Couldn't find one, so went to buy ice for my medicine. Rested and left un-approved for my stay.

  : Unclean, uncomfortable, the plumbing was loud, the employees were not helpful, and the internet was barely working.

  : I've stayed there several times over the past 7 months and always have to ask something like toilet paper or cups or extra towels apparently overlooked by room service...one time I was told they didn't have any towels so I went to a local store and bought some, which I keep with when I might stay there. This last visit the TV didn't work. When I talked to the person who checked me, she said "sorry" but couldn't do anything about it that she was there by herself. I found out a few days later when I spoke to the manager Monday morning that she should have filled out a maintenance ticket.
