  : Excellent freshly prepared and cooked with table service a nice change to buffet style

  : The food was superb, breakfast was great and the evening meal was really good, we had a crab salad and it was refreshing to get the full amount of crab. All the staff were great, happy, attentive. we loved the whole stay.
  : Music at breakfast. We could not fault the whole stay.

  : Very clean, lovely room all mod cons. Bathroom was very good. Everything looked new, comfortable bed. Loved the private outside seating area. Good car park.
  : Unfortunately due to having to leave early, and the chef being in late we couldn't sample the cooked breakfast. So had cereal and toast. No tea as no hot water so both had coffee.It didn't spoil our stay as everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

  : Well presented and clean accommodation. The beds were very comfortable and room a good size. Its clear that the property has received considerable investment on modernisation. The ostrich is well located and good car parking.
  : There was an exceptionally long delay at both dinner and breakfast meal times. It took over 1 hour to be served which was disappointing and quite annoying. Further, some listed items on the menu were not available. The hotel and staff would benefit from being less clinical and more understanding.

  : Lovely room in a beautiful inn. Staff were lovely.
  : The inn is under new management so it is still finding its feet. Im sure it will get there but a few finishing touches were lacking. For example, it would be great to have hooks in the room to hang up towels. A full length mirror would be great and a folder in the room with WiFi instructions and recommendations in the local area would be good too. A bottle of water in the room and extra toilet rolls would also be good.

  : Service not really up to scratch - little attention to detail . Room didnt seem very warm in the evenings. Towel rail not working in the bathroom, one saucer to two cups in bedroom , waste bin never emptied in our 3 day stay. Room not made up - we were asked if we had not been told the notice had to be put on he door - never had this any where else in previous hotels .Service in restaurant not good . Suspect not enough staff employed. No second knife and plate provided for bread/ toast. We were expected to use the same plate and knife we had used for our cooked breakfast. The lady disappeared after serving us with our cooked breakfast - not asked if we wanted a second cup of coffee etc. Bacon just warm and very fatty - didnt eat most of mine. I think the food was only warm because there was really no one about to serve it. The food was out in a warming cabinet. No attention to detail whatsoever.
