  : it was dirty and people screaming and shouting until early hours of the morning, no toilet roll in the room and no clean towels daily, had to buy cleaning stuff and own toilet roll

  : Nothing. All appalling. Whole premises appeared abandoned. Filthy dirty. Smelled awful. No staff anywhere except one who had no clue about anything,but just managed to find our key.
  : Everything. Booking.com photos show a brightly lit, vibrant hotel. In fact, it is a dirty,empty building with rooms upstairs. Smelt disgusting, whole place was dirty.Eventually,when this bloke bothered to show us our room, we were horrified. It was freezing cold,with a window open, but this could not be closed, it just sprang back open. Window covered by a wooden blind, with no means of closing that either. Bathroom was a cupboard with a toilet and tiny sink crammed next to a shower base covered by a dirty curtain. Towels on bed, with dirty marks on. Didn't dare look at sheets. Parking is on a street, which looked as if you may come back and find no wheels left. " Hotel" is in the middle of an estate, with nothing anywhere near. Tried to find someone to speak to about the situation, but there was no one around.Emailed for a refund, but of course this was refused.Please, save your time and money and find anywhere else to stay,but here. Should have taken photos,but couldn't get out of there fast enough. Really angry at Booking.com for including this place in their listings.

  : room was very basic and dirty. burger box under bed mould in shower cracks everywhere. Sink unit in bathroom had corner broken off milk stains down front of drawer

  : Close to where we were going, apon arriving the man on reception accommodated my needs by giving us a ground floor room and ringing ahead to confirm what Time we were going to be there.
  : The room was filthy, walls,floor, skirting boards,shower, curtains i tried to contact the hotel because the toilet was constantly gushing water but i Could not find a member of staff anywhere and they wasn't answering the phone nor the booking.com messenger , shouting in the middle of the night, the bar wasn't open
