  : The staff has no idea what service is. Been asking for Wifi password for 2 days with no answer, it says it all. The villa had a gas grill. After a day on the slopes we drove for 1h to get bbq supplies to find that the grill doesnt have a gas tank. Staff was there only to find silly excuses refusing to do anything about it

  : Location is fantastic
  : Unreasonable overpriced. The apartment pretend to be a luxurious one, but it's pretty old and not really well maintained (e.g some hanging wires, shabby furniture, etc.). A very small choice of dining options and when we arrived *everything* was closed "due to the weather conditions"

  : Was upgraded to a room facing ki slopes that had snow machines running round the clock. Was noisy trying to sleep

  : I was locked out of my room and had to drive home 3 hours in the dark without my suitcase and cpap.

  : It was a perfectly nice room with comfortable beds.
  : There is no air conditioning installed in any room at this facility. That was need-to-know information that the facility should have shared with you, and that you should have shared with me. The room temperature was 85 degrees when we went to bed. There was only one 2' X 2' window that opened. It was the worse two nights I have every spent in a hotel room. When I checked out the front desk clerk said that l should have been notified of the lack of air conditioning when I made the reservation. I will never use Booking.com EVER AGAIN!

  : the staff was super nice. Right next to the lifts, sauna and hot tub. ski lockers
  : kitchen could use some updating, the stove wasnt great.

  : It's a beautiful are. I mean, a ski resort, can't beat that. Had a little balcony that was awesome.
  : There was no side table on one side of the bed. Small annoyance, nothing big. Also, we checked in after hours. There was no parking spot for our room. We were VERY confused.
