  : We liked how quiet the neighborhood was, although cars parked in the street directly across from the driveway impacted ability to exit the drive way. Our neighbours to the rear had a very loud party that went on past 2am at the weekend but they were residents of the estate and this was their home, the bathrooms were clean, the linens fresh and bright. A quiet place to spend a week recharging.
  : It was "dated", the bed was very, very uncomfortable, husband had to sleep in kids room. Aluminum foil on cook top rings did NOT help the dated look despite cooker being new. The bar on fridge door was broken. A/C did not work temps pushing past 80F in the house, no shade outside from the sun you were either in or out, carpeting in the living room was not hygienic due to being wet coming from the pool directly into LR. The lock box to retrieve the door key was finicky to access, anyone with large hands would have a problem. No mention of tv in house handbook and with several controllers on display it took a while to sort. The tumble dryer took an age to dry three towels after an hour on hot it still left them damp, a new washer and dryer would be an advantage. The main bathroom shower needed a light and non-slip floor would make it safer.
