  : Not enough of the basic essentials like paper towels, trash bags, or even tissue. I wished we had more of those types of supplies since we stayed 4 nights. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet, the base boards need some serious cleaning, & the ceiling fans need to be dusted.

  : The house was beautiful and clean.
  : The house was beautiful but the lazy river was not what we expected, it was way to small and had to wait a long time to enter. We also had to drive there which was aggravating because the parking lot there was too small. My son went to the car to get my credit card and was not allowed back in he had to stand back in line for over an hour which was ridiculous because he was already in the facility. He is 13 years old and for him to stand alone in a line with rude people that kept getting in front of him is not acceptable so I had to go out and stand with him.Then when we finally got back in the place closed because of the weather. The house is a 10 the lazy river is a 2.
