  : The stay was great..the house was beautiful even the pool was a plus very relaxing. Everybody was friendly and made us felt comfort. This was our first time n it wont be our last..

  : the location was wonderful. The quiet neighborhood made for a very relaxing weekend
  : Air was not working when we arrived and we had to call and have someone come and fix it. 4 hours that we had to wait to get settled in.

  : Nice property clean and maintained.secured. Pool was wonderful.
  : First 5 days we were there, televisions would not work. Until finally a tech came and corrected the issue. Were unable to use the clubhouse pool ( which is beautiful) for the first 3 days. Due to the lack of the management not adding our names to the property, so were unable to use the facility after contacting them several times. Management of the facility are not professional but no means. On the day of checking out, cleaning company showed up at 10 am to clean, with the impression there wasnt a set check out time. With this being said we were sent a link to click when were were going to check out. There was no noted check out time on the website. We were in the process of packing to leave, but thought we had the day to use the pool and then check out. Management showed up at the door and was very unprofessional and down right rude, stating we had 10 mins to get out. Then she was going to call the police. Great end to our vacation.NOT. Very upsetting to us all.

  : The location was great. The house was beautiful and was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.
  : The refrigerator was not fully functioning. We called the only number provided to us for someone to come check it out, but after several attempts and over an hour wait time on the phone no one reached out or stopped by. We also paid a cleaning fee for upon our arrival and there were a few things that needed better cleaning. (Ex: the floor was not properly swept or cleaned. We had children and their feet were black. Under the couches was dirt, and a used water bottle from a previous stay. A couple of towels in the restroom were stained, and there was a broken vase on top of the fridge)

  : STAIRS! no telephone, internet or wifi service. The pool is a joke!

  : The property was very clean and spacious. It also had everything that we needed in the kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable. I didnt understand how it is a dead roach in the master bedroom when the place was really really clean though.
  : We had issues with the WiFi and were unable to use it the entire trip which was a bit disappointing. The address to the property stated that it was located in Kissimmee, but in actuality it was at least 30 minutes away from the heart of Kissimmee.
