  : We had problems with the gate code. The password only work once. The second day the security guard gave us the code. The pool was over heated the 3rd day.

  : This is the first time I rented a house with private pool.After you book they will send you an email to fill out the forms about the policy and the credit card information with take your ID picture, your credit card picture and the picture you hold both cards.You dont even have a copy of the policy you signed so you barely remember the whole things of their rules. And then you have to wait until the day before you check in they will email you the gatecode number to get into the resort and the door code number to get into the house. When I arrived there, the gate code number expired, the security said thats code no longer working 8 days ago and told me needed to contact to the owner to get a new gate code but he did open the gate for me to get in, he was nice person.I get into the house contact to the number they gave me , they told me have to called back in the morning time from 9-5pm. In the house , the wall so old , the equipment need to be updated, the pool really small just fit for my little daughter playing, the pool just bigger than the hot tub but not for people can swim. Around the pool they dont cleaned, all grasses around you will see the pictures below. The stairs with the dirty carpet. I did saw the crack from the door baseboard two days after but I just told my husband this house really need to update and I ignored because I dont want to be a difficult person complaining anything and I think thats their business.Ok back to my gate door number , the second day I called them they told me have to wait for them contact to the maintenance person, ok I wait and then after that I called them until the day I check out no one answer, I did texting them and still said have to wait. I stayed there from july5 to july10 without gatecode number, every time I get in I have to asked the security person to open the gate for me( thats so uncomfortable) until the day I check out I still dont have a gate code number. They dont ever contact me anymore.
