  : This is what I relayed to them.Good morning, I just wanted to point out some things that can be improved, in no set order. The carpets should be shampooed after each rental...pet friendly or not. The carpet needs to be replaced in the living room!! One cover on the furniture is ripped or coming loose at the seams and should be corrected. Screws on the stairwell handrail is loose, and the bar by the door leading to the grill area is loose, seat cushions in the kitchen chairs should be washed or replaced. The microwave has rust inside, should be changed. Knives in the kitchen should be sharpened and ready for uses or don't provide them. Towel rod in main bathroom loose, cabinet under sink, right side coming apart. Shower door frame leaks at bottom, need to be sealed. Door stops are not suitable to the cost for renting this place. Vacuum cleaner needs to be replaced, it can't rise up enough to use on carpet in living room. The screen door screen is ripped at the bottom. Wallpaper peeling upstairs hallway. Top of kitchen cabinets needs cleaning...can be seen from stairs. There's an old broom but no dust-pan. Bottom line, who's checking (Q/A) to ensure the customers are getting the quality, in line with the cost. Shortcut should not be tolerated! Take two days to remove trash, even after talking to the front desk twice. I believe someone from the office finally removed the trash. Totally bad business! There are more things, a inspector will see them if they look!!

  : My apartment was clean and comfortable. Lots of space for the whole family. Each room having its own toilets and bathroom . About 25 mn away from Walt Disney and universal studios, I specially loved the space in the kitchen. With Walmart 3mn by car, restaurants nearby.
  : Kitchen ustensils. Very poor. Not enough for backing with my kids during our 3 weeks stay. The management needs to do an effort that way. Very important for families

  : The house is very nice. I love the house. However, there are a few defects, such as the master bedroom's door lock, which was damaged.
  : I don't like the fact that there are hidden fees. They charge an additional $11 per night for parking and wifi, but in their advertising, everything was included. Nowadays, it's a stupid idea to keep charging customers or guests additional fees that you didn't mention, just because you know that they'll have no choices but to proceed with the deal since they got this far. And, the way they lay out their rules and regulations. I don't think they would fail to inspect every inch of the house. I'm kinda skeptical that they might leave those defects on purpose just to claim that the guest did it and to keep your deposit. I don't trust the management, and we couldn't access one room, which kept completely locked with no spare key to access it. It was strange. If we pay for the entire apartment, why is one room restricted. At least, why don't you state why we wouldn't be able to access that particular room.
