  : when I’m on vacation I don’t wanna have to be told I have to wash the towels when I leave when they don’t leave any laundry soap!! iMessage them several times while I was at the location about the pool and never heard back from them whatsoever! I never got a final bill nothing when we left!! I also Think there a pool heater is a scam if they charge me for it I’m going to do a back charge on my credit card because that Pool was never heated that’s for sure! when we arrived we were given the wrong code to get in and it took a good hour to get that situated while we waited! however they did let us check in early for an extra $50 the house is nice it could be a little bit cleaner in the corners!! it’s in a great location and I’m sure will probably stay again as long as they do not charge me for the pool heater!! and if they become more attentive when you have an issue responding back to you!

  : Location was superb.
  : Breaker in bedroom tripped a few times and the thermostat had an error code showing for most of the trip. The carpets looked really old and dirty. In definite need of replacement.

  : Arrived Monday night Tuesday morning I called texted sent emails and even what’s app about the thousands of flies in the pool area and in the home also the screen in the pool area was broken no one returned calls texts or emails until a few hours before check out. All they did was tape over what we had attempted to tape over My 2 y/o I had to take to urgent care because she had an allergic reaction to a bug bite the pool/hot tub was cold didn’t stay filled so and was filled with dead flies and mosquitoes so NO ONE was able to enjoy! When the staff finally responded (what’s app) to my numerous attempts to contact them the person responded with very short responses and did not address any of my Concerns it was as if they just didn’t care SIMPLY MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!! don’t waste your time or money! Other guests I’m the area have also expressed concerns that were not addressed by the management as well it’s disappointing that we’ve spent so much money to stay at that property to be treated so poorly I’m still waiting to hear from someone at this property because this needs to be addressed!!

  : the beds could be upgraded as well as the couches. lack of cleaning supplies such as disinfect spray trash bags dish soap and dishwasher detergent
