: I liked the location. The kids bedroom was cute, beds were tucked lovely. Home was decently clean. I liked the extra towels provided as well as extra pods to wash clothes and towels provided us. Hangers were nice. Kitchen was nice, fridge was clean. Having carpets on second floor was nice. Something to keep feet warm. Having bedroom on main floor was nice was mentioned in description should be. Had my mother in law with me who is allergic to stairs so was great to have.
: The pool filter don't believe was working as I had to clean the pool out thru out the time of using it. While everyone was enjoying I was cleaning out bugs. Carpets could have used cleaning. There were few stains some pretty big. Big cobweb in master. Showers could be changed out they were rough all of them. Kids bath only shower heads worked my baby only takes baths. I had to fill up tub with shower took forever. That needs to be fixed. Walk in shower could have been cleaner shower floor was grey. Fresh coat of paint would have been nice. You can tell cleaner doesn't clean walls or doors and they are dirty. I can go on and on as I am a professional cleaner but it was decent enough to have people come over but not enough to say place was perfect. Vents were dusty so was other things. No working batteries in livingroom. TV in kids room no controller at all wasn't able to use obviously. My daughter was a little upset not being able to watch TV.

: Location was excellent. Awesome property and an easy registration and access
: Unfortunelly, the key code doesn't work and I can't open the door until the next day when a technician give us support changing the access code. I Have had to pay 1 night at the nearest hotel while the problem was solved. First day was a nightmare for me

: It was not cleaned when we arrived, the tv's had to be fixed by me in order to watch any programs in both bedrooms . Would have like for it to have been tv ready.
