  : The location was great. Overall the home was comfy such as the beds, the awesome couch, bedding, and towels. Plenty of household goods so you don't really need to bring anything just yourself and food/drinks. The neighborhood is pretty quite with pool/spa access. What is really awesome you are in walking distance to Olde Town/World Food Truck. Olde Town has tons of shops/food and amusement park rides. Across the road is the worlds largest food truck place.
  : Two days before our stay I emailed our contact to supply my drivers license for the updated gate code and door code with no reply. The day before check in I called and texted the contact with no reply. The day of check-in I was freaking out because I still had not been contacted back for the door code or the gate code for the development. I had to call the main company just to get the contact to contact me back. The home really needs a deep clean. The two showers still had conditioner stuck to the walls. The flooring was not very clean on the hard surfaces. The home does have some maintenance issues that need to be addressed such as slow shower drain, loose bathroom faucet handle, wood threshold broken, drywall repairs, and paint. I made sure to take a lot of picture's of everything we found since I am in the property management world and know to cover myself.

  : Everything was great except some of the sheets were dirty. It was stains on the pillow cases, it looked like slobber. We ended up washing them and we were fine after that.

  : Size for 8. Close to Disney.
  : Dirty. Bedding, floors, walls carpet, fridge, washer and dryer front door entrance back patio all dirty and marked up. Did not feel clean at all. Needed to be updated. Carpet was very old. No mats in the bathrooms or kitchens. Just too many things! Wish I could show all my dirty pictures but they only gave 4 spots.

  : The lien was dirty. Like food stains on the sheets. I had to clean the bathrooms…Took pictures and emailed them but got no response. Nice home but with everything that’s going on in the world (corona) cleanliness should be the top priority!!!
