  : The location was great.They let me check in 3 hours earlier than the regular check out , I checked in 1PM instead of 4pm.
  : It was super dirty, the weather was cold and we couldn’t use the heat for 4 days because it wasn’t working until they sent someone to fix it 2 days before we left .When i get there I requested the pool heat and i paid $150 and until i left the pool wasn’t heated yet , every time i spoke to the property manager he said it takes more than 24 hours and i waited 4 days and still not heated. I told about that the house was dirty he said “Never fails. You don’t get your way with the pool heating, now the house is super dirty.” . I was expecting better than what i saw there based on the money you’ll pay .

  : The house was spacious and accommodated us comfortably. Despite our issues with the towels, it was a really nice home.It was in a great location next to a lot of restaurants and I-4.
  : We booked for 11 people and there were only 5 towels. We ended up having to go buy towels for everyone after an exhausting day at the theme park. I called about it and the host offered to rectify it the next day. I do not like the way he spoke to me. I was upset about the towels and said there were no towels in my initial call. When he called me back he corrected me and said there were at least 5. At that moment it might as well been 0 because everyone did not have one. I would've just appreciated an apology and the correct amount of towels; not to be corrected with a polite but condescending tone. There was a bathroom missing a shower curtain. I called back about that but was sent to voice-mail. That shower could not be used. Also, there was no dish washing soap and we had to use the living room remote for one of the bedrooms.

  : Overall I really enjoyed the property. I would stay here again. I would recommend renting from them. This was by far better than staying in any hotel. The property was close by all the major theme parks and attractions. I loved having our own personal pool and jacuzzi. The kids enjoyed every minute of it and it kept them busy when we weren't out and about enjoying Orlando. It was a 5 bedroom property and it had a master suite and Junior master suite which was perfect. The property had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our large family. It also had a nice game room. The property manager was great and was available by both phone and text for any questions.
  : I cook large meals so I wish they had more pots and pans to cook with. I have 6 kids and cooking was difficult without having enough pots and pans. This make cooking take longer than usual. The one thing the kids didn't like was the arcade game in the game room was not working. However, they enjoyed the ping pong table and fuse ball table. I also wish they had a charcoal grill to barbque on.

  : I loved this home me and my family enjoyed our stay. The pool area topped it off
  : So 2 things that I really didn’t like was the fact the ac was not working when we first got there. I did contact the owner and he answered every time. He sent someone out and it did get better but it stayed at 79 degrees which is still warm if you ask me!! 2nd they have a ring camera in the pool area which didn’t dot right with me just feel like we’re ETA being watched. So much for a lovely evening lol

  : The house was a nice looking house, it had all of the amenities that was listed.
  : The pool was nasty looking like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The pool guy came by on the second day and put in clorine. However, my friends still refused to get in. The toilet was stopped up in the master for 2 nights and suddenly it just started working on the third day. We only had one face towel. I also paid around over $200 for cleaning fees, only to receive a cleaning list of duties that I was required to fulfill. What's the point of the cleaning and service fee? Why was I charged and still have to clean up myself? Plus I don't understand why check in is at 5p.m, but check out is at 10a.m. I lose half a day, but must be out before noon. That's crazy to me!

  : Very nice house extremely nice quiet neighbor hood.Very close to Publix and Walmart
  : Overall the property was clean quiet and very nice.I do have a few complaints what I reserved and paid for as far as accommodations I didn't get it.I got 1king room1Queen room1room with a set of bunk beds2 standard roomsWhat I reserved and paid for is 1 king3 queen bedroom 1room with four twinsSo imagine my unhappiness with adults having to sleep in standard beds.All So the Jacuzzi never worked had the bubbles but the water was ice cold the whole time.
