  : The location and the look of the resort was nice
  : the blankets on the beds were not washed after the previous customer and had spots on them. The washing machine was full of towels that was used by the previous customer but was not dried and had a smell of rotten water. There were only 3 towels for a family of five. I had to spend a lot of money on towels and blankets. The TV was not working and was not setup for us. The microwave me was not working and to heat a slice of pizza we had to use the oven. The dishwasher was not working and was spraying water everywhere and flooded the kitchen upon our arrival. The main reason I booked this specific resort is for the slide and lazy river but they decided to close it during operation hours for maintenance. They could have done it after hours. This has ruined our vacation plan and disappointed my kids.
