  : We did have an issue with water leaking from around the window, the staff addressed the issue, and moved us to another suite with a better view.
  : A few of the staff memebers in the Market seemed like they just didnt want to be there

  : The resort, pool, slides, arcade, welcome staff were great. All in all, I will likely stay here again. My kids loved it.
  : The WiFi coverage in the room was terrible. Can’t work or do anything well. I had to work part of my vacation.

  : The size of the 3bd, 3bath was great. Pools and water park are nice and the arcade and Activity center are good for the kids.
  : Our room (1322) was right over the restaurant and we could not use the balcony due to the grease smell and smoke. It was horrible!! When I told the front desk they said "Oh sorry". That was it. The kitchen in the condo was poorly stocked. This condo sleeps 8 and there were only 5 glasses (different shapes and sizes), 5 butter knives and 1 frying pan and 2 pans. There were plates and bowls. No hot pads, no kitchen towels, etc. it was quite difficult to cook breakfast for just the 5 of us. We've rented similar priced condos that are stocked much better .

  : This is a gorgeous property with amazing potential. The pools and water park are amazing—if they were maintained a little better, they would be 8.5-9/10. The suites are so spacious and comfortable. It’s so nice to have room for everyone to spread out and relax, to have a full-sized fridge, washer, dryer, screened-in balcony—these were all wonderful. The beds were very comfortable.
  : This Grove suffers from either poor management, serious understaffing, or both. Check-in was a good, first impressions of the suite were great, and kids were thrilled about the water park. Then the problems started.- No shampoo or body wash in the primary bathroom—two bottles of shampoo were delivered, about 10 hours after I made the request.- The suite is dirty around all the corners. I imagine it is just too big to be cleaned by one stressed staff person.- The lazy river water is murky and a little green. The other pools looked cleaner.- I paid for late checkout. I had two separate conversations about late checkout with a front desk manager; both conversations were pleasant, but did not mention that our room keys would expire at noon, in spite of paying for extra hours. Which leads to:- Coming back from our final visit to the water park 45 minutes before we were scheduled to check out, finding out our key cards no longer worked, and getting ZERO help. No one answered any of the phone lines. No reply on the chat, that kept spamming me with unrelated messages, asking me if there was anything else I wanted help with, then not responding at all when I *did* need help. I asked two passing hotel workers if they could help me contact management; they seemed unhappy and nervous, so I dropped it both times. Made me wonder about their working conditions…In the end, I had to drag three wet kids down to the lobby, where three managers were standing together chatting away…and apparently never answering the phones that rang away at the desks they were ignoring. They apologized, reset my key, and gave me a complimentary extra hour to check out, but I am still not over the fact that three managers—in addition to at least three other front desk workers—ignored all calls and texts for 20+ minutes.- I was really hoping to visit the spa that is advertised on the website and on posters in the hotel elevators.
