  : The room was generally clean.
  : The room was generally small, uncomfortable, and not very modern. The bed was just ok, not great. The breakfast was extremely mediocre--no hot food, which it claimed to have. Everything was wrapped in plastic, it just felt underwhelming. Also the grounds were not great. The photos made everything look so much better than it actually was.. for what we paid I would have expected MUCH more

  : Loved the homeyness of the location, the landscaping and the atmosphere. Breakfast was a lovely surprise, more than we expected. Location was great for visiting outlets and Portsmouth which was our only agenda! We enjoyed the pool for a quick dip and a little sunbathing before heading out for the day.
  : Mattress was kind of mediocre. Everything else was lovely.
