  : Complaint about disrespectful and arrogant behavior of the hotel receptionist she was extremely arrogant!Dear hotel management,I would like to express an urgent complaint about the extremely inappropriate behavior of one of your receptionists. The incident happened on August 7th, 2023 during my arrival at your hotel,I am deeply disappointed and upset with the way I was treated by said receptionist. Her behavior was disrespectful and arrogant in the highest degree, which I find totally unacceptable in an established hotel like yours,Even during my stayin the hotel was the birthday of my wife and i notes the date and nothing happened even birthday card nothing!!!!!As a paying guest, I have the right to be treated fairly and respected. Unfortunately this was not the case. The receptionist showed no willingness to help me with my requests and treated me with a condescending and abusive attitude. I felt humiliated and unworthy which greatly affected my stay at the hotel Platenwirt!I emphasize that as a paying customer I have the right to friendly and professional service. The behavior of the receptionist did not meet my expectations in any way and is a clear violation of basic customer service standards.I hereby request you to take reasonable measures to ensure that such behavior does not occur again in the future. It is your responsibility to ensure your staff are trained to treat guests appropriately and show them the respect they deserve.I also await an official apology for the inappropriate treatment I have experienced. It is important that you recognize the seriousness of this matter and take appropriate steps to restore guest confidence.If you are unable to adequately respond to my complaint, I reserve the right to take further steps to investigate my concerns and ensure other guests do not have a similar experience.
