: The hosts/owners were professional and friendly. Thought was put into catering to clients, as was evident with a book in the apartment containing tips on what to do and where to eat and drink. Having lived in Vietnam years ago, it was wonderful to find a thoughtfully and beautifully decorated interior (stairwell and apartment) that was reminiscent of Vietnam, in the heart of Cochem, combining the best of both worlds. That was a nice surprise. This was a lovely place to stay and I highly recommend it.

: The place was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, even with basic things like salt and pepper. It was well in the center of cochem so everything was very accessible.
: The checking out time was a problem. Usually places have till 11am to check out, but here the checkout time is 10am. And we asked for 1 hour extra but were were given just 15 mins to leave the place so that sort of negatively impacted the experience. The fact that they don't speak English that well didnt help the situation.
