  : The location was fantastic and the room was nice.
  : Breakfast was very disappointing! We chose this hotel over others based on the reviews however when we got down to breakfast there was only cereal and croissants that were in packets not fresh and toast, no hot food at all which is not what you expect when staying in a hotel like this. The only good thing about it was the lady who served the breakfast who was lovely.

  : The breakfast was a basic continental, but quite sufficient and the whole package was a very good price. The location is good within fairly easy walking distance of the town centre.
  : Everything was good. No complaints about anything.

  : The rooms are really warm and cosy for a cold damp Yorkshire winter - beds extremely comfortable and the shower was hot. Really cannot fault the quality of the rooms for the price
  : Just a bit confused about why the breakfast is only for an hour and very early at that. Ive read reviews on people saying it used to be a cooked breakfast and is now a buffet - the hotel is small so clearly it just isnt affordable to open the kitchen early for guests but would have happily paid a bit extra for cooked breakfast to be included once the pub was open later in the morning.

  : The property perfect location,lovely and clean,lovely rooms warm and cosy as it was November
  : It had changed hands and wasnt notified that the breakfast had changed from full English to a continental breakfast which we dont like,it has put us off staying again as will be finding other accommodation for our next trip unless it goes back to full English we are gutted as perfect location and love the pub itself
