  : Black mold on the shower ceiling, put in room under construction, walls missing, wires exposed, drink glasses not clean, missing drawers, toilet won't flush, trash in room and on floor, holes all around room, vent disgusting, wall cap missing and open to pipes, no cold water, sink won't drain, basically no breakfast, no pool as advertised, and no useable weight room. Also the door was wide open when we got upstairs, the elevator was old, and the floor was flooded downstairs the next day in the kitchen. All juices watered down to nothing. No lights on in the lounge, and no working alarm clock at all.The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

  : Check in and customer service was fine
  : Room was not good. The walls had cracks. The bathroom didn’t seem clean. We had to slam the door to get it to close and lock. The hallway smelled from maybe something in the very worn carpeting. The breakfast was terrible. I wouldn’t stay here again.

  : The hotel was falling apart, filthy, the breakfast room had standing puddles of stagnant water and broken flooring. Very unsanitary and disgusting.
