  : The apartments are located at the entrance to Kobarid, just off the main road; that makes for easy access. There are parking lots on the premises, free for guests. The holiday homes are up a stair in the garden, and have a terrace with chairs, and one of them has its own little private garden (almost zen-style, even with a water feature); they are equipped with plates and cutlery, but no cooking plates but guests can use a common summer kitchen (a covered space in the garden) with a barbeque grille and a wood-fired (!) oven. The room has a dining table and two chairs. The bathroom is small (one person only) but functional, with space for toiletries; a hairdryer is provided. The double bed (king size, single mattress) is comfortable; two pillow types are available. The windows have curtains; the traffic noise comes down to almost nothing at night, so good conditions for a good nights sleep. The WiFi worked well. Apparently, guests can use a washing machine, but nobody was there to show me, either.
  : Nobody was there when I arrived; the message through Booking with explanations of how to get to the room reached me at 9.30 pm of the day of my arrival (in the meantime I had called and found out). The convenient location unfortunately also makes for for noise from the constant traffic during the day (better at night). Could not get the TV to work (no description, and nobody around to help with it). The curtains are translucent and leave some light through. The check-out is a bit earlier than usual (latest by 10 am).

  : The location was lovely, very relaxing, calm and just what you want from your stay in Kobarid.The holoday home was well worth it
  : We got there for 2:35pm and were told to come back for 3pm as that is the check in time.Fair enough, but they could have told us to sit at reception amd wait, offered us a drink etc...anythingNot a big deal but at firsf ot didnt feel very welcoming

  : Very clean. Easy location to town.
  : Sadly a really uncomfortable bed and curtains that didnt block out much light, meant we barely slept. We were unaware the room was right on the rd and the noice was very loud.

  : Matias was super friendly and gave us great reccomandations for things to see and good places to eat. We fell in love with the shower system, amazing Big bathroom. And a beautiful design touch with lovely dishes
  : The sofa bed was uncomfirtable, there were no electric sockets next to the beds. The place is on the main road to kobarid, There is no sidewalk on the road to the center, only 10 minutes by foot but dangerous to walk next to the cars.

  : The location is outstanding, very close to the Isonzo / Soa, bars and historic sites.The host was very communicative and a great help throughout our stay. Host also provided some excellent recommendations to make the most of our time with the beautiful walks in the area.Bed was extremely comfortable.Facilities are excellent.
  : Coffee and tea is provided, but depending on the time you need to leave, you might be charged as you will need to run the dishwasher.

  : The street in front is surprisingly busy starting at 6am, many cars and trucks drive through rather fast - that was too loud for us. We were told to leave the room by 10am (because it would be cleaned then)... But the cleaning persons did not even come until 12 ...
