  : Clean, cosy and good location. Very friendly staff.
  : Temperature control, there was aircondition but very noisy and struggling to keep the temperature down.

  : Very comfortable suite, with everything provided. Very clean, close to beaches and everything from beach towels to sun umbrella and chairs provided.
  : We chose a water/ocean view, which meant climbing (and toting luggage, etc. up and down) 18 stairs to our lodging. Too much for 70 year olds during a week-long stay. Wed choose garden view or similar to avoid the stairs if we returned to this property.

  : Nothing. The office was closed at the designated check in time. No staff on property. We were left a key in an envelope with a cryptic hand, written Mabs on where our unit was supposed to be. When we followed the map, we found another couple and a few children staying in the unit. After looking around at the one dozen or so buildings, we left the property. we came back now or later, and found the same situation. Then again we checked at 5 PM and no staff. The lobby consisted of a single desk with the back room locked. There was a washing machine sitting in the lobby, along with some old furniture, and even a couple of broken doors laying on their side. This property is a hell hole. We went around to the hotels and tried to purposely check in to find a place to sleep and finally got one after traveling for 20 hours.
  : See Above, no staff on property. We even recently got an email from Pete Asking how our stay was. Its obvious that he said this was a automated message or we did not even know if we stayed there which we didnt.

  : Location was close to the beach. Could walk if we wanted to.
  : This is an old property. Not well maintained. Sliding door to entry was always stuck. Never had any service. We had to get rid of our recycle and garbage ourselves and the bins to put them in were overflowing. For $490/night, I expected more.

  : The location was perfect for us, it was very clean and tidy when we got there. The kitchen was appointed well with everything we needed to cook all meals. I loved the shower soaps already in the shower, I didnt need to bring my own, that was a nice touch.
  : The bedroom stayed kinda hot, regardless of the fan being on high the whole time. Other than the mix up with our room being canceled in the beginning of our check in process everything was lovely.

  : It was quiet, I enjoyed the fact that 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were provided for our use. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. I received texts from Pete regarding local events and activities available. We were invited to help ourselves to the vegetable garden located at the facility, that was rather unique, and delicious. Our unit was very near the beach, we could walk there, an added bonus. I would definitely book restaurants in advance as they are busy in the evenings. The local tourist shopping area provided delicious food with little waiting time and live music, be sure and check it out.
  : Our A/C didn't seem too effective and we ended up just using the trade winds via windows and fans and that kept us very comfortable.

  : Its very well located in Poipu. Its comfortable. The plants around us were amazing. You feel welcomed here and the houses have everything you need.
  : I loved everything. There were no bad experiences. We enjoyed a lot our stay and will definitively repeat.
