: We like the personal touch in a small hotel where the owners are there all the time and always ready to help you in any way they can. Instead of a bigger fancier hotel with many different staff members. Small nice garden with a small swimming pool, which we more or less had for our selves instead of bigger premises where people often leave their towels on the benches without using them. Lina and Dmitri where wonderful hosts who gave our stay exactly the personal touch we where seeking, so we would definitely stay with them again. There was also a very nice small family run restaurant on the other side of the street very close by which we can also recommend. The food was excellent as in most other restaurants we visited on the island. We had a car and liked moving around enjoying different beaches and scenery instead of staying more or less in the same place. We could park the car, free of charge, very close by, so that was also very convenient. We could also walk to the local beach and nice restaurant, if we didnt want to take the car or have to many drinks :) Remember to bring hiking boots and small coolers.

: The apartment has sober furniture, but everything you might need. Plenty of room inside, bus stop nearby, a good restaurant few steps away and the best host one could wish for. The lady is the personification of kindness and I felt more like a nephew than a guest. The day I left, although it was 6 a.m., she was up to wish me a safe trip and gave me some delicious biscuits for the travel! If you want to feel at home, this is the place you're looking for

: The hosts where awesome and very nice with me and my friend, they gave us a lot of useful informations about crete and we had no problems at all with the apartment. Also after a very strenuous day at samaria we've used the pool that was very clean and well maintained. The apartments are at 20 minutes from Chania with a car so no problem at all to reach the main city and come back after a night out, also consider that there is a bus near the apartments to go to Chania but we've not used it so i don't really know how much it takes and the timings. Thank you again for the nice holiday!
: A little complain may comes with the bathroom that was really tiny space, but considering that we stayed just 4 nights it has served the purpose.

: We are budget travellers and the accommodation was exactly what we were expecting and very similar to other places we have stayed in Crete/other Greek Islands. Our apartment had everything we needed and was cleaned every day. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, Lina promptly answered emails before our stay and kindly stayed up until 1.30am to meet us on our arrival. The pool was lovely and clean and usually very quiet - we often had this to ourselves. We really enjoyed spending time on the local beach, which was pebbled but much quieter than the resorts nearer Chania and were excited to be so close to turtle nests. Hiring a car meant we could also explore beaches further away including Elafonisi and Falassarna. Some lovely bars and tavernas nearby too. We didn't use the buses but they were regularly passing by and very popular.
: There was very little we were unhappy with but be aware the main road can be quite noisy if you're in the front apartments.
