  : It's an interesting old building. The room is huge but clean. There is a parking lot for 8 Euro in 24 hr. 25 to 30 min walk to center, but they provide you with free bus ticket bus. The walk to the bus station 7 min.Overall experience was good

  : Lovely big room with high ceilings and very comfortable, with a small kitchen, and nice bathroom. It was an unusual building but easy to walk to shops and the lake. Breakfast was self service, but very good. Comfortable for a 3 day stay. Boat trips were excellent and interesting.

  : - Exceptional size of the reserved room;- Comfortability of the beds;- Huge accessibility to a nice kitchenette with cooker, pans, glasses, cups and even cutlery;- Nice location about being close to a restaurant, bakery and a discounted supermarket (Penny);- Clean and proper bathroom with towels, shampoo, soap and hairdryer.
  : Nice location, but a little bit away from the city centre - around 2 kilometers and the area of the Hotel does not feel safe. When I walked to the supermarket each evening, I came across junkies or a lot of homeless people around. So, if you are a person who is planning to party in the evening and to walk back at night, I should suggest you to check other hotels/hostels near the city centre too.- Wi-fi connection was not so good because of the router. I believe that the router was not situated in an efficient place. Therefore, sometimes my connection was lost. If you are planning to watch something on your laptop, I should suggest you to download it beforehand and use it in offline mode.- Mandatory cleaning before leaving the room. As there is a kitchenette, the Hotel team thought that it's good to charge guests who do not do dishes before they leave. When you reserve a room with a kitchenette, you will experience a note saying if you do not do dishes before you leave, we will charge an extra 50 euros. Up-to-date daily prices of the rooms for 3 Guests are almost 250 euros and you get charged an extra 50 euros because you do not clean a cup. Seriously?In the end, it does not mean that you should avoid this place, but I advise you to think twice and to check other places in the city or other towns close to the Obersee/Bodensee, such as Überlingen, Meersburg, Friedrichshafen.

  : The hotel is located in the historic building, which was built for housing military staff. The room is clean, big, with high ceiling, large windows, bathroom (shower), and kitchenette. The location is good, ~20 min on foot to the city centre. There is a train station, bus station, and a shopping mall ~5-7 min on foot. The location is quiet, off the main tourist paths.
  : The building underwent major refurbishment, and it is not really a historic building (as I expected). E.g. the floor is not wooden (as it seems on the photo), but linoleum. The double bed is not in one piece, but consists of two super soft single beds. So, in the end of my stay I had quite a bad backache. The logic of the cleaning staff is strange. I used 3 out of 5 towels, and left them hanging (= I will use them again). The cleaning took away 3 towels, but did not bring another 3 towels to replace those, that she took. So, I was left with 2 towels until the end of my stay. There were not many people is the hotel, so the breakfast was quite basic. 3 out 6 times the boiled eggs were severely undercooked.
