: Nothing, the air conditioner did not work and they didnt want to give us another room. The staff lied about not having another room until they didnt have what to do. There were constant noises in the halls and the lights went out twice. Except all those the bathrooms didnt have any walls only glass and everything was visible. Horrible stay wouldnt recommend.

: Perfect location and astonishing view!!!The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Hotel Kristal for anyone visiting Korca...delicious food too at the Hotel's restaurant :)

: The room was clean but not enough towels
: No front desk we could not find the girl at reception. Very noisy at night with drunk people and no staf only drunk people screaming and not safe for family with kids. In morning thay didn't give us breakfast for what we paid. Please do your self a favor don't go to this hotel
