  : The room was clean and well organized, the breakfast was good. Very good staff.
  : The only problem was that in the room you could hear the voices coming from the coffee bar, which, to be honest, was annoying.

  : Location is good. And the place is new and very nice.
  : Evening receptionist was not up to the task or maybe he doesnt like what he does. First no welcome, no details of the stay, nothing. Charged me an extra 17 or 18 cents on the CC just to round it up the price. Im not complaining about the money but the attitude and lack of professionalism. In the morning the waiters, eventhough seeing me with a room key, never said that i was seated at the wrong restaurant for breakfast. So, i was about to pay for the already included breakfast. A combination of the incompetence of the receptionist, remember i said he never gave details on anth, and not caring of the waiters. However, id like to give praise to the receptionist in the morning, very helpful and tried to make up for everth.Bottom line, great facility, great location...TRAIN YOUR STAFF!
