: close to the center and to riverside nice building comfortable and reachable parking lot close to supermarkets and cafes
: very noisy, because of trams and also ambulance parking is not far from the building, so you hear serene every time it goes also there were only three forks in the apartment for 4 people

: Very nice apartment. Next time again here. Center is not far, apartment clean, good equipped.
: Only one uncomfortable thing, to go to apartment to take garage key. Somebody needs to wait in car on the street. But it is a small problem comparing with so nice apartments.

: Location is very convenient, we walked everywhere. There is a parking spot in an underground garage.Price was very reasonable.
: Some issues with cleanliness - one of the towels we got was torn and extremly dirty. In one of the cupboards there were wet towels from previous guests... this leaves quite bad impression from the start.There is a lot of noise from trams going on the street. The couch is not very comfortable to sleep on.It would be more convenient to have the key box and garage remote located somewhere near the reception desk, or to be able to return the keys and remote by throwing into a mailbox, rather than having to go back to the apartment.Also, be prepared to be charged "safety deposit" equal to the amount of your stay. Rather inconvenient.

: It was a nice location, close to everything we needed, and a short walk from the center of town. The apartament was modern, well heated and cozy.
: We were not informed about long term road works affecting how to get to the building. It took us so long, as the road is designated closed on google maps but actually has access for residents. There was also no cutlery in the property and a little bit of damage to certain elements in the apartament,
