  : Nice country side hotel by the lake. Superior room was a very good size. Tasty buffet breakfast. Good territory with activities.
  : Bathroom was a bit smelly.It was a bit noisy with a big group of people smoking outside and with some construction works going here and there.The price is ok for a week days, but a bit overpriced on the weekend.

  : We’ve stayed at Istra Holiday in April 2021 for 5 nights, for which we paid ca. 70 000 Rubles.•The internet on the whole compound didn’t work at many times (once it didn’t work for a whole day), which is bad when you work and have planned video calls and no LTE internet either due to the location.•In our town house lots of things fell apart, including the shower, the soap holder, the sink•Ice and snow weren’t removed from the main paths around the territory, they were full of ice and we fell multiple times•There was no light outside in the area of our house, and we had to go for dinner with a torch•Anything you ask for extra (paid of course) isn’t in stock - like sparkling water, alternative milk etc. Even when you tell them if they could buy it for you, they don’t.•The massage is terrible (it’s like someone gently petting you), the room is freezing cold and looks like a hospital•We were only told that the swimming pool didn’t work on particular days (due to cleaning) after we already got changed into our bathing clothes•Reception doesn’t give you any kind of introduction when checking-in•Absolutely everything costs extra•The whole complex had no electricity three times, for longer periods. It was especially bad, when during the night our freezer melted and all our dog food and the minibar got soaking wet•The food in the extra-pay restaurant is really not nice, the tomatoes are like literal stones, never ate anything like that, especially for those prices.•Food in the buffet is usually cold•Worst thing of it all – we took our dog (for which we paid extra of course) and where told upon arrival that our dog isn’t allowed absolutely anywhere. We couldn’t take him to the restaurant etc., so we had to eat separately three times a day, so the dog wasn’t at the town house by himself (he is a large dog and gets angry when left alone in new surroundings). When we did the booking, we discussed the dogs stay and weren’t informed about this.
