WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 3.50 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Pillows and blankets are included.

Bed linen and towels are exclusive.

Guests can bring their own or rent them (not on location) for the following charges:

Bed linen single bed: Euro 17,50 per package per stay.
Bed linen double bed: Euro 22,50 EUR per package per stay.
Shower towel (2): Euro 10,00 per package per stay.
Beach towel (2): Euro 17,50 per package per stay.
