WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs UAH 40 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 7 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for UAH 200 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of UAH 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that a prepayment in the amount of 20% is required to secure your reservation. It needs to be made within 3 days after booking.
