: It's a great resort perfect for a getaway from the city. Facilities are well ran, new and clean. So whether you want a relaxed countryside stay or an active stay, there's something for everyone. Punkaharju is also just a 10 minute drive away, plenty surroundings to explore.

: The location by lake Saimaa is excellent. There is a small but comfortable sandy beach at the property, so we swam a lot. The water is crystal clear. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and had all the basic necessities. We would definitely stay here again. The holiday village is operated by a Swiss company, which gives the place a pleasantly international feel.
: Some things, like a microwave oven or a boat, cost extra.

: It was easy to get the key from the key box. The guide/staff at the canoeing site was very helpful, although he wasn't there for the second time we rent out the canoes. Love the barista lady at the Kota cafe too. The rental price for canoes/kayaks/rowing boats is very reasonable for such a memorable canoeing experience. We enjoyed the scenery, the lake, the grilling hut and our own sauna (in addition to the canoe rental and cafe mentioned above).
: Pictures of the shared lounge were deceptively more grandiose than the place actually looks. We didn't know that there was a ping pong table until check-out day, the info was written in a pack of papers -> easy to miss and takes time to go through. Wish the property would made a more visible display of this, say, by printing it as an A-stand and put it on the living room table. There being no oven was a big let-down, especially when you only found out about it last-minute via the property's automatic message. The beds were intolerably creaky, there was absolutely no sound-proofing in the cottage, which makes even the lightest step audible. Moreover, I hate the fact that one of the bedroom is right next to the bathroom, which exacerbates the noise problem.

: Overall stay meet our expectations expect the Mosquito surprised us badly. Cottage owner should have either warned us or should have provided the mosquito repellents as an remedy to the problem.

: A perfect place by the lake. Very well equipped and comfortable. Great location
: Reserving the sauna by the lake costs 50 euros, and no one told us about it in advance.
