  : Cute, traditional apartment with a great location very near the beach and a migros. Comfortable beds and good aircon. Good value for money.Very kind management. Loved the rooftop swimming pool.
  : Could have been cleaner, utensils were grubby and toilet hadnt been flushed when we arrived. Only 1 towel provided for 4 people

  : Short walk to the sandy Ladies Beach, main beach of Kusadasi. The apartman is equiped with a small kitchen, there is a near supermarket. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. There is a small pool on the top of the building with nice view.
  : Parking was possible in the streat behind the hotel but there are no stop signs everyvhere. No selected garbage collection, tap water is not recommended for drinking.

  : Great location for ladies beach, with all its bars and restaurants. Dolbus bottom of the road, 15Tl into Kusadasi town. The Ozgun Apart Hotel itself is a little dated, but it's clean and comfortable with fresh linen and towels as needed, there's a rooftop solarium with swimming pool with a few loungers and the family that own are all friendly and helpfull, breakfast 8 till 10am continental style, although for 350tl you can get a cooked English, we never tried, all in all a great 2 weeks.

  : Hotel is positioned right next to the Ladies Beach, Migros market and bus stop for bus number 5 that goes to the Center, markets and Kusadasi castle. Wi-fi was good and there is a fridge and stove in the kitchen. There is no designated parking but plenty of spaces to park right next to the hotel. On top of the hotel there are tables with chairs and a small pool. Great view to the sea from there!
  : There are no mosquito nets and the bathroom is a bit outdated.
