: The location is very beautiful, the accommodation was very good for the double room I had, inside the room was very clean.
: The food should be better for a 4 stars location.The staff of the bar only, not of the restaurant could be more polite and do their services better.

: The slides for the kids were good but no lifeguards or staff to control other kids climbing and jumping from the slides.

: We had a lovely stay, pros and cons but overall we were pleased with our stay :-). We were lucky that when we stayed here we practically had the pool to ourselves and I dont know if the hotel is usually this quiet or if it was luck but a beautiful large pool with nice sun beds. The outside environment is beautiful with lots of flowers and fruit trees and is certainly well maintained. All of the staff were very friendly and nice with us (although I must comment that my friend experienced a very rude woman at reception on two occasions treating her with hostility and trying to overcharge her). However, In our experience the bar staff were very nice. I visited the kids pool occasionally to see a friend and it is really great for children. The room is good! We had a double bed and another single bed and there is plenty of room, a decent bathroom and a balcony. Of course the hotel is not perfect, but when you compare the price with other hotels, what you get here is good and we would stay again.
: I agree with some of the other comments about the food. We only ate very occasionally here and I can say the quality is bad and inconsistent. For us it was not such an issue as we had a car and preferred to go outside to eat anyway, but it is something to bare in mind. A photo I posted with omelettes and salad from our first day was very good and we could not understand the bad comments about food, but the next time we ordered the same dish it was a mess, tasting horrible and completely different to what we was served previously. Also I think that if you stay here without a car it can be difficult, although possible to walk to the main road within 10 minutes, depending on the weather etc it may not be convenient. Another problem was that the toilet did not flush properly. I would also point out its definitely not friendly for elderly or people struggling to walk as there are many steps and distance between the large complex, plus no lifts or ramps
