  : The hotel is in a terrific location as well as having an excellent price. I stayed mid week through the weekend. Midweek was lovely, but starting on the weekend, more guests arrived and had loud drinking parties and smoking in the hallways even though the hotel had a no smoking policy.

  : That is a creepy place ... Upon check in they sent me to 13th Floor Directly with a old lift ..a s reached to 13th floor felt there is no one else staying on the floor .. can smell the old carpet smell .. the room also have 1970 vibes. Had to put my luggage on the door and don't know how i slept ...

  : Comfy room, good price.
  : I was on the 12th floor and there was a restaurant with very loud music on the 13rd till very late hours. The bass was so strong that I could hear it quite loud and couldn't sleep well. Also was surprised that there is no breakfast in the hotel when I was checking in.

  : Nothing. I have stayed in hotels all around the world from Six star to one star and this my far is the worse one I have every stayed in. The whole environment has the communist flavour to it.
  : Everything. Room not clean; drinking glass had scum on it. No kettle tea or coffee. No water. Website said breakfast available; no breakfast available. No air con; very poor Wi-Fi. On a larger scale the people in the local community were jay as unhelpful. In one shop I was told the coffee machine was not I use and I I left I saw people being served. I speak some Bulgaria but everyone gave me the impression they did not understand me.

  : There is a parking.
  : The room had an old-fashioned furnishing and lacked cleanliness. Additionally, the hotel didn't have air conditioning, which contributed to its overpricing. Moreover, there were no window screens. The noise from the ongoing wedding reception in the restaurant persisted until midnight, adding to the discomfort.

  : The friendliness of the staff, the views from the balcony and the value for money. A lovely hotel in a very lovely town that is far too often ignored by tourist websites.
  : A breakfast option at the hotel would have been nice - but quite understand why there wasn't one.

  : It used to be a nice hotel.The staff is nice and thats about it.There is no A/C and one can boil to death in the scorching heat.The staff is nice though.Wi fi is almost non existent so buy a local sim , they are very cheap. Overall , you get what you pay for.
  : Everything except the staff and the nice view.Awful folk music from the restaurant 12 floors below.
