Gorgeous Villa in Mijas-Costa Andalusia with terrace and garden

  : Location superb. Garden was lovely, although too hot in extreme temperatures but would be great in cooler months. Walk in shower. Accessibility for a wheelchair user.
  : The property is so outdated and very, very cluttered. Wasn't expecting luxury from the pictures but it was worse than anticipated. Not three beds in one bedroom as indicated but a sofa bed in living room that was very old and uncomfortable, Locked wardrobe in bedroom with just two hooks to hang clothes and had to use suitcase as a draw. Wardrobe ok in other bedroom. No bath towels stated but may have meant beach as some towels were provided but very poor quality. But this caused a worry as didn't want to pack bath towels. Luckily I'd arrange to borrow nice ones from a kind local person. Old and dirty BBQ. Extra charges such as linen hire, 15pp per nt, final cleaning 60E, electricity used, ours was 65E, late key collection 50E. I had to ring Holland to arrange the key collection as check in is limited to 17-20pm. We didn't land until 20.30. Prices are reasonable but be better if included in a higher rental price IMO. Owner arrived with key and was very nice but I feel communication was poor prior. I only booked as only property I could find suitable for the wheelchair. This could be a wonderful property if uncluttered and with just a small amount spent to update and owner could greatly increase rental income. Very rarely do I post a poor review but only stating my honest opinion. Others may be happy but at least you know.
