No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 450 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that this property is located within a residential area. All activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.

Late check in carry the following extra charges:

*Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
*Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
*Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

Please note that 1 baby stays free of charge in a baby cot. A highchair will be provided as well, on request.
