  : Really lovely and comfy ensuite bedroom, with a kettle to use, very clean and new shower room with a hair dryer. I was lucky to be located in a room 7 mins away from the train station. I booked 1 month in advance and got a great price. Be ware of the room's actual location is not the same on the page, could be another address.
  : Long-distance check-in only, dislike the way to pay for city tax, was asked to connect to a different website/link to pay. The bag storage costs 5 euro, even for a small backpack for 2 hours, so I didn't use it.

  : The location is perfect! We read many bad comments about the receptionist but it was self service check in with the keys in a box. So, not issues in our side and the communication with the owner was nice. One thing that we recommend is if you have huge luggage please go first for the keys and then use the elevator, otherwise there are some stairs..
  : We travelled with a small dog and for me the room was too small for the 3 of us.

  : You book one address and receive another at the last moment. This is the first big unpleasant surprise. For the managers of these apartments, you have no value as a customer. You write, call to clarify the details, no one answers you for several days. You are asking for support Booking.com contact the apartments, after that you will receive an robot response with link. You will live in one room of the apartment and other unknown people will live in the other two rooms. This is not in the description before booking. If you check in after 18h, you will be charged extra money 20 -30, although everything is paid in advance. Being a customer Booking.com over the years this is the first time I've seen such poor service. It is a pity that Booking.com lowers its reputation by offering such options for booking.

  : The location was ideal, less than 10 minutes from the train station, very close to restaurants and in the city center, and it has a carrefour on the same block. The room itself was very pleasant, a clean and spacious bathroom with a big shower. The bed was comfortable, and the TV was great for the rainy days, theres also a fridge, desk, kettle and plenty of storage space.
  : Some of the plug socket covers are a bit loose, and there was no kitchen (but this was said in the description and we knew about the lack of kitchen so it was no issue)

  : I book Lia Rooms (rating7.9) but I stay in Cinque Terre Waves (rating 7.1). The floor have a step very close to bed (very dangerous). I had a problem with water at toilet, but the owner did not reply on wathsapp (even if he read the message). In night, due the noise made by continously flowing water I had to repair it myself.
