  : Clean and night desk staff were friendly.
  : The men at the desk in the morning were unfriendly and aloof. Neither said good morning or even acknowledged me during breakfast or as I was leaving.

  : It was clean
  : The doors of every room slam very hard and you can hear when anyone leaves or enters their room. The bed was HORRIBLE. It was an old spring mattress that sunk in the middle making it impossible for 2 people to sleep comfortably in. The key cards stopped working daily and we had to keep getting new ones made.

  : Clean, quiet. Cook top, big refrigerator. Plenty of space.
  : Didn't look like they put much effort into the parking lot, clearing snow and ice. Side entrance would not open with key. No breakfast options.

  : Very clean. Good sports bar/restaurant (Hurrdat) within walking distance. Full-size coffee pot versus single-serve type. Good-sized room.
  : Room did not match the photo: most specifically the recliner chair was missing so we only had 1 chair, at the desk, to use. One of us had nowhere to sit except the bed. When I inquired about that at the desk, I was told that the room we were assigned to didn't include a chair and we likely ended up there because we didn't book directly. Not an issue for us but hotel advertises itself as "budget extended stay" but while our room did have a kitchenette and full-size refrigerator, it had zero kitchen equipment (silver, pans, dinnerware, etc.). Long-term guests would need to provide all kitchenware themselves. Breakfast not included but we knew that.

  : Central location for baseball tournaments and CWS games.
  : I paid in full for a week, but then wanted to shorten my stay. They refused to reimburse me for any nights I didn't stay there. I understand and was willing to pat some penalties, but they basically got 4-nights out of me when I was not there. The room was basic, tired appliances, fully amortized furnishings, but clean.

  : This is an insanely good value for the area. The surrounding hotels were %40-%50 higher in cost.
