  : The house is located on a beautiful, green, quite area and the access to the beach is easy (almost 5 min walk). The kitchen is well equipped, the pool is clean and the communication with the host was very good. Moreover, the check-in went smoothly even if we arrived after midnight.
  : We found ants in several areas of the house. Also, the bedrooms are quite small and not all of them have mosquito nets. The semi-basement room is bigger, but a dehumidifier would be useful there.

  : Surroundings, quietness, you get relax there, if you don't expect a luxury house, the house is semidetached, you will have a good holiday
  : I had a 10 day stay in this house - thre were rocks at the sea entrance , mosquitos, wasps, small kitchen, but good equiped, used and unclean seatcovers / I washed out all exterior seat covers and pillows at the first day/, is good to bring own 2 bed sheets to cover the unclean sofa in living room, many small metal parts fell out of one air unit 2x2 mm, the handle on the sliding net on the floor had protruding nails, you have to bring sunbeds and umbrella to the beach from the house, steep stairs, partly without railing, no privacy, people walking around the terrace /10 meter aprox/ to other houses

  : Villa has a great potential - closed to a secluded beach, the pool, the garden, all the outdoor areas.
  : Cleaning - once in 9 days, Friday, at 8 pm, with elementary tools. Lack of attention to many aspects: mosquito nets and blinds non functional (reported , but no reaction), toilet paper with reduced stock (we just buy). 3 quite small bedrooms at the first floor, with one bathroom, one bedroom in semi- basement.
