  : The bed was comfortable and the location wasn't bad.
  : I was not provided the room I reserved on booking.com. When I went to check in, it seemed like all of the staff, other than housekeeping and other janitorial staff, were at the front desk computer trying to resolve some problem. Had it not been for the fact that I couldn't cancel without being charged, I would have left at that point. But I ignored my gut and checked in anyway. During check-in, I was instead asked if I needed the particular accommodation I booked because it was not available, I said I did not (since I wouldn't have gotten it anyway). I was then told I only needed to pay the additional $100 deposit that would be refunded to me after my stay, and I was good to go. I was NOT informed that I was being charged more for the room than the amount I agreed to pay on Booking (which already included taxes+fees), nor that the new room was smaller and diid not come with the sofabed, which was THE reason I chose this hotel over another.Additionally, the room was not clean upon arrival, I know because I always wipe down rooms that I stay at with Clorox wipes, and we found items left from a previous guest in the bathroom drawer. The television remote did not work upon entering the room for the first time. I informed the front desk, and they told me they would come and fix it, but no one ever came. The only light not directly next to the bed did not work. Finally when housekeeping came, they removed our used large towels that were hanging behind the bathroom door, left the towels that were left on the floor and hanging in the shower, and did not provide us with clean large towels. Being that it wasn't our first time staying here, I did not think it could get worse, but somehow it did. Needless to say, we won't be back.

  : Room was huge
  : Room wasn’t ready on time, I was asked to come back in 45 min. after 3 pm. I agreed and left, once I was 10 min away I got a call saying the room was ready. I returned and checked into room 410, but noticed it wasn’t clean. I called the front desk to send a housekeeper to clean it, they agreed but didn’t send anyone until I went back downstairs and requested in person.

  : It was not very clean. The bathroom floor smelled like dirty mop water in the walls next to the bed had nasty stuff on the walls. I don’t want to go into too much detail, but I think you get the drift.
