  : Front desk staff rate a zero Hotel did charge the amount listed on there receipt. Receipt stated 220.28 charged with paid in full. Upon check in they wanted another 122.68 or we could not check in!

  : The young lady who checked us in was awesome- friendly, answered questions, showed us the room before finalizing. The pool was very clean.
  : Travelling on a motorcycle. The weather reports were threatening storms. We booked the first 2 nights and asked if we decided to stay 2 more was it available and confirmed it was and at the same price. When we decided to stay, it was a different girl at check in. She was rude!! She argued with us and told us the price would be double. We asked to speak with a manager and were told she was the only person, not even anyone else to call!! Went back to your site, could have gotten it cheaper and she would not honor!! We left and probably will never use Booking or Motel Montreal again.
