  : Seemed like a good hotel. They had no record of our reservation and would not honor our printed confirmation of the reservation. We stayed at a different hotel.
  : Don't know who was at fault. The man at the desk said he had no way to contact Booking.com so he would not accept our printout receipt. We were highly dissatisfied with both your organization and the hotel!

  : After being WAY over charged for the room (Race Weekend I get it) We were told the elevator was Wonky Yes that's the word that was used we were told in order to use the elevator we needed to contact the front desk, and someone would meet us and run the elevator for us. That is great unless it's very late or very early and you can't find anyone, or they have fallen asleep at the wheel. I get tired too. When I complained to the front desk (Anthony) about needing a way to get to the 2nd floor where our room was located as my wife has had both knees worked on recently I was told they had nothing on the first floor but (Anthony) said he would be more than happy to refund our money and check us out well knowing there was not a hotel room available within 50 plus miles really pissed me off so I brushed his comment aside and kept my mouth shut. BUT this really changes my perspective of the Holiday Inn hotel, and it will strongly help me decide my next outing as I am newly retired and travel year-round. Maybe a little more understanding (Anthony) or maybe take the 2 days we spent on the very overpriced room and have an elevator repairman come and have a look.
