  : Room was clean when we arrived parking was excellent and the view on the back to the lake was very pleasant and relaxing. Had a good kitchen and utensils.
  : well it was not in any information I read of the place mentioning about not cleaning the rooms and change of towels until you check out, we stay two days and have to use the same used towels both days, as I check out I mention to the front desk that my room was not clean the day before and they reply that they only clean them till when gest check out, so I ask if I stay a week the room will not get clean and towels not change for a week, and he reply " you can ask for new towels . The other issue I see is that it was a bit pricy, to me for having a lake on the back and after my experience with the cleaning and not clean towels for two days, the price didn't Mach the service.

  : Nothing! This is the worst experience I have ever had with a Hotel Inn The customer service was awful and unprofessional! The website falsely advertises the room pictures and details! No phone in room no alarm in room our wake up call was a kicking of the door! Our rooms were not cleaned! The people in charge were rude and had an attitude about giving us trash bags to empty trash! Annoyed about having to bring us more towels for the next day! The room had mold on the tub the shower curtain and the mat The sheets were stained and dirty! The Beds were not as described the contents of the room not acceptable No cooking pans dirty toasters Wires outside showing bare wires Picnic tables had cobwebs on them! It was a dirty disgusting room and experience! I have never had a problem like this or with booking.com before! I did take some pictures I would like to share

  : Our first time to visit Lake Placid. We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Grassy Inn. The owner was very nice and very helpful. The view from the patio area was incredible. Very relaxing and peaceful.

  : The lake scenery was absolutely great.it was quite and peaceful!
  : Floors could use a good steam clean. No dishwasher detergent. We did dishes by hand which is OK. It had a 2 burner top,which we didn't use, but certainly would have come in handy for other times. Bathroom was clean and the tub/shower was nice. I would stay again just for the peace and quiet.
