  : room was not cleaned when we arrived at 5:30pm, have to wait 2 hours. TV only works for 20 to 30 minutes and cuts out every night. On and off humming noise outside my room on the second night.

  : Everything could use an upgrade, particularly the bathroom fixtures. There was a very strong draft coming in through the closed bathroom window. Not very clean throughout hotel.

  : We like the spot
  : My husband and I stayed in room 205. We were awakened on our first night (October 21) by very strange noises obviously made by animals. Our sleep was affected and we were confused and worried about what was going on. My husband has a phobia of rodents, which made this very disturbing. We spoke to some of the staff the next morning to ask for a change of room. We were told that squirrels were nesting in the wall next to our room. We realized that the hotel management team was aware of the problem and was still renting the room at the high price of $220. The staff told us they would try to relocate us, but we never heard back. We tried to speak to someone at the front desk, but there was no one there for several hours. We were finally able to phone someone, and were offered a bottle of cheap wine for the inconvenience, without changing our room. As a result, we didn't sleep all night, as the noise made by the animals was constant and very disturbing. You can understand that we booked this stay expressly to disconnect, be at peace, relax. Our objective was far from being achieved. We are still waiting to get our money back.

  : The location was great.
  : No staff available to service guests. Room guests are on their own to solve facility issues. Water cooler on main floor was empty, so not able to make coffee or access drinking water. Room was decent. Bed was not made well. Curtains were twisted. Took time to fix the rods so that the curtains would close. TV continuously lost signal while streaming. The bathroom was clean, but soaps were tiny. Restaurant is below par for such a great location.
