  : The home was absolutely stunning. The overall layout, amenities. and decor were even more impressive in real life. The location was also blocks from the CA backside of heavenly with lift access and blocks from Hansen’s snowtubing. Beautiful stay all around. No issues. Worth every penny.

  : The home itself is beautiful. I imagine if you are a ski/snowboarder the location would be perfect since you're at the base of Heavenly.
  : One of two main attractions was multiple rooms (not all bunk beds) that could accommodate 8 adults comfortably for a 4 night stay with no kids. The second, a hot tub for relaxing.Upon arrival there was a note stuck to the refrigerator made out of paper towels and sharpie that stated the dishwasher was out of order. Pool table is about to fall apart, 4 pool sticks & only 1 was usable. Someone before us had made smily faces in the game room on the ceiling with the pool chalk. Ice machine in the fridge doesn't work, no screens on most doors & windows to keep bugs out with no AC, no cleaning supplies of any kind.Some previous reviews stated the hot tub didn't work, I reached out to property management a week before our arrival to address this concern. I received a message stating that the "care team" was notified but never heard back. After arriving and getting familiar with the home I discovered that the hot tub was cold and not working. That was on a Wednesday. I didn't hear back until Friday that it wouldn't be repaired for our stay.The main issue was the fire alarms. At about 10pm Friday night the smoke detectors began to sound off for no reason. When I reached out to the management company via text asking for them to please call me I was told they cannot make calls. I was sent a text that I would be notified by noon the next day by the resolution team, I never received a call or text from resolution. There was no way for us to remedy this on our own since the ceilings in this home are very high. FIRE ALARMS ARE A SAFETY ISSUE! Thankfully they sounded 2 times in about a 1/2 period then silenced. The next & final night of our stay the fire alarms went off from about 1am until 4am. 10am is check out and we had a 7 hour drive ahead of us. Again I reached out. All I received back was carefully crafted auto responses. In one of the responses I was told I would be contacted by 6pm that day, I never did receive a return call.
