  : Location was good. Outside upkeeping was nice.
  : No one is ever in the office to help. A charge of $20 each child, each night (Luckily we could never find the manager to pay). Only one small ac window unit to cool the entire apartment. We checked in late and suffered the first night. After reaching out to the on site living manager for accommodations the next day we were left with nothing, no fan or anything and a really careless response (he or the owner was not professional AT ALL). We had to send our two young daughters to stay with other teammates so they can sleep comfortably for their softball tournament the following days. Never seen the pool so I can’t say what it was like. I would not recommend.

  : Fridge has rust on handles, get rid of that problem so we don't have to touch rust!

  : We arrived very late at night and the building seemed older and dated. We opened our room and it was spotless, staff super hospitable, and the grounds kept really nice. It was an entire apartment. There was no noise and upscale apartments down the street. We will definitely stay there again.
  : The coffee! Please upgrade the coffee. And the shower heads.

  : The room was very spacious, but could use a little updating. The property was very nice and quaint.... Loved the courtyard area.

  : This property is tucked away in a pretty neighborhood near Lake Worth. I rode my bicycle around for about an hour, and I rode through several historically preserved sections. It's definitely a part of the Palm Beach area that can be overlooked. The room I had was more like an apartment, with a full kitchen and living room type furniture. I think it would be a great place to have an extended stay if you had the money.
  : The TV I had was from the twentieth century--low def so def a shock to look at. I also love to have my window open, but we are in the South here and there were plenty of guests smoking outside their rooms. It was also hard to do my teaching with no desk or office-type chair, too. I realize that for some guests, none of these issues is important.

  : The staff are always watching you like you barley get any privacy especially if you are sitting outside and smoking they're going to come out and check on you very often. And if you bring guests and you guys are kind of a little loud and talking outside they're definitely going to come and check up on you.
