  : The room was cold. We had to call the property to get the heat turned on.The room was run down and a bit dirty. Could use a coat of paint. Had to call them for the wifi password.

  : There was a small wall heater that was slow to warm the room, but it did work.

  : That I had my own parking space. Other than that, Absolutely Nothing!!
  : I was delivering a $86,000 vehicle to a customer and didn't feel that my vehicle would be safe for the night, in the alley by my room which was at the back of the motel. As you can see from my pictures, I had to pass two broken machines by my door and there was garbage by the dumpster which was next to my parking space. The entrance door to my room, the left one in the picture, inside molding on the lock side was torn from the wall, The shower door was loose and would not shut properly as well as there was either dirt or mold on the floor by the shower. I turned around, locked the door and went to the Best Western around the corner and got a room for the night. After I checked into the Best Western, I went back to the office at the Executive Inn & Suites and talked to the gal at the front desk explaining why I was uncomfortable with where my room was as well as the condition of my room. I requested a refund and was told that she could give me a different room but not a refund. I declined the room offer as I felt that the other rooms would probably be in somewhat the same condition. I would of declined the room offer even if I hadn't already checked into the Best Western. She said I would have to contact Booking.com for my refund. If the Best Western would not of been available, I would of spent the night in my vehicle. I've used your services in the past and will continue to do so, I'll just be more careful. A refund to my credit card would be greatly appreciated, I used my personal card so it is a loss for me if a refund is not allowed. Thank You for listening.

  : I was in a situation were I needed to check out about 4 after check out time. I had already been there a week and was reluctantly given 1 hour extra. I thought that was rather insensitive.

  : I liked the location. I was able to walk to the Eagles Nest from the bar. There was enough parking, and the room was fairly spacious.
  : The hotel is very very outdated. The rooms are old and had an interesting smell in it. This hotel also draws a not so good crowd as the cops showed up to deal w more than one room. Room was safe, and I didnt feel threatened, I just wouldnt recommend this as a primarily location of choice.

  : The place was a cheap dump. Certainly not worth the $125. The city building department needs to check the two stairways to the second floor. Dangerous! And illegal. Someone is going to fall down the stairs and get seriously hurt.Air temperatures were near 100 degrees when we arrived The air conditioner was not turned on and the room was stifling. It took until 4am for the room to be comfortable. Until then it was too hot for even a sheet.If this is not what we expect to find on Booking.com.
