  : Room overlooked car park so couldnt open blind or window. No signal on TV. Dusty around tea and coffee, very small towels, not a warm welcome by hostess. 45 min wait for breakfast.

  : The location is lovely with views of the river from the restaurant area. Plenty of on site parking. The bedding and towels were clean. The breakfast staff were very pleasant and the food was nicely cooked.
  : Unfortunately the room we had wasnt up to the deluxe description.. although in a stay last year the deluxe room we had was really good.. hence rebooking for this stay. The room was small and the bathroom was in need of a refurbishment-the shower was tired with lots of black mould discolouration and the washbasin tap was stiff. There was a strange smell on the approach to and in the room. The whole area was grubby and dusty-hairs and dirty marks in the bathroom and dust on all ledges and in the wardrobe and drawers, cobwebs and the kettle was smeared with milk. I should really have gone straight down and asked for a room change but I cleaned the space myself enough to feel able to stay although it wasnt a comfortable one.
