  : Hardly any selection at breakfast. Meat, cheese, bread, croissants. No choice of eggs and no options to order eggs / yoghurts / totados as there were in previous visits.
  : This is very disappointing. Having previously stayed in this hotel on four previous occasions, I know that it ran like clockwork. Nothing was ever too much for the staff. There was a choice of breakfast that was served on the balcony or in the restaurant. The bar and caf were permanently open and it was easy to get a drink to quench the thirst at any time. Similarly, the restaurant had a flexible menu. If you asked for something, the staff did their utmost to make sure that you had what you wanted. There was always a friendly greeting whenever you set foot on the place especially if you had luggage bags with you. Contrast all of that with the grunt that I got from the lady in the power suit who did not have a clue how to check you in, even though this was a booking from Booking.com. This receptionist told us that the bar was open from 7pm and the restaurant was open from 8pm. In actual fact, at 7.30pm., all we got was a barrel load of excuses. Power dresser or not, she NEEDS to go on a customer service course. The younger waitress, turned up late and even when she was supposed to be serving customers, spent more time chatting with her friends. In contrast, an older member of staff, who I thought that I recognized from previous visits, reminded me of the Good old Days! Similarly, a male receptionist always gave an acknowledgement whenever I called for the lift. The power suit ignored everyone. The previous owner would NOT have tolerated such shoddy service! I do not like writing poor reviews for any web based information system but having stayed in hotels all over the world, including this one, this trip leaves a very sour taste and I am seriously considering whether I would stay here again.

  : One really nice and friendly waitress and even though the dinner was basic we really liked it and she accompanied us with her nice attitude:)
  : We did not like the room facility (old and very loud air conditioning which resulted in minimum sleep. But I have to mention that the serviceman tried to fix it, but anyway the overall condition of the air conditioning is bad and should be replaced. Plus, we had reservation for dinner which we did not make on time thanks to the traffic. We asked for solutions but there was none, so we paid dinner even though we did not have it. Not mentioning the breakfast, which was really bad for the money..
